Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Rules
We understand that plans can change. Here are our cancellation policies:
- Before site survey: Free cancellation with full refund of any advance paid
- After site survey, before installation: Cancellation is allowed with a deduction of site survey charges (₹500 - ₹1000 depending on location)
- After material procurement: A restocking fee of 15-20% may be applicable if custom or special-order equipment has been procured
- During installation: Cancellation after installation has begun will be charged for work completed and materials used
2. AMC Cancellation
- AMC contracts can be cancelled within 7 days of signing with a full refund
- After 7 days, AMC contracts are non-refundable but can be transferred to another property
- Pro-rata refunds are not available for partial AMC periods
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to contact@ridhisecuretech.com
3. No Refund After Installation
Once the security system has been fully installed, tested, and handed over to the client with a signed completion acknowledgment:
- No refunds will be issued for installation services
- No refunds will be issued for equipment that has been installed and is functioning properly
- Defective products will be replaced under manufacturer warranty — no monetary refund for replacements
4. Service Warranty Claims
If you experience issues with our installation within the warranty period:
- Contact us within 30 days of installation for workmanship-related issues
- We will send a technician to diagnose and resolve the issue at no additional cost
- Product-related issues will be handled through the manufacturer's warranty process
5. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
- Cash payments will be refunded via bank transfer
6. Dispute Resolution
In case of any disputes regarding refunds or cancellations, we encourage clients to first contact our support team. If the issue remains unresolved, it will be subject to arbitration under Indian law, with proceedings held in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
