1. Service Agreements
By engaging Ridhi Secure Technologies for any security solutions, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Our services include CCTV installation, biometric access control, video door phone systems, and annual maintenance contracts (AMC).
- All service engagements begin with a site survey and quotation
- Quotations are valid for 15 days from the date of issue
- Work commences only after written/verbal confirmation and advance payment
- Any changes to scope after confirmation may result in revised pricing
2. Installation Responsibility
Ridhi Secure Technologies is responsible for:
- Professional installation of all security equipment as per the agreed scope
- Providing necessary cabling, mounting hardware, and connectors
- Testing and demonstrating the system post-installation
- Providing basic user training for system operation
The client is responsible for:
- Providing access to the installation site at the scheduled time
- Ensuring electrical power points are available at required locations
- Obtaining any necessary permissions from building management or authorities
- Ensuring the safety of installed equipment after handover
3. Warranty Limitations
- All products come with manufacturer warranty as specified at the time of purchase
- Warranty covers manufacturing defects only
- Warranty does not cover: physical damage, water damage, power surge damage, tampering, or unauthorized repairs
- Installation workmanship is warranted for 30 days from the date of installation
- Replacement or repair under warranty is subject to manufacturer's terms
4. Payment Terms
- A minimum 50% advance payment is required before commencement of work
- Remaining 50% is due upon completion and handover of the installation
- For AMC contracts, payment is due at the start of the contract period
- Accepted payment modes: UPI, bank transfer, cash, and cheque
- Late payments may attract interest at 2% per month
5. Limitation of Liability
Ridhi Secure Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
